How to Make Mint Water?
Here’s my easy way to make it at home:
What Do You Need?
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of mint leaves (clean them first)
- 1 lemon, cut in slices
- 1/2 cup of cucumber, sliced (if you want)
How To Do It?
Step 1 – Put the water in a jug or bottle.
Step 2 – Add the mint, lemon slices, and cucumber. Mix it up.
Step 3 – Put it in the fridge for a few hours—or overnight is even better. Stir it sometimes.
Step 4 – Pour it cold and drink—it’s so good!
Tip: Smash the mint a little to get more taste. Make a big batch to sip all day!
Any Side Effects Of Drinking Mint Water?
Mint water is safe for most of you, and I love it for that. But if you have bad stomach acid problems (like GERD), it might make it worse—check with your doctor.
